Now anyone can build this icon on their first try. A difficult guitar to make from scratch but our kit has taken out the guesswork, and this guitar is ready to build straight from the box.

Important! Take care when finishing—do not apply stain directly to the veneered top wood. First add your color to a finish such as lacquer, shellac, or poly (NOT water or alcohol), and then apply it to the veneer. This prevents the top from looking blotchy or taking color unevenly. All of our tinted and solid color ColorTone Aerosol Lacquers make this easy—the color is mixed with lacquer right in the easy-to-apply-can!
